For Prescribers
You review cases and sign prescriptions or order labs. Your portal is by default a focused version of the doctor experience, without a consult queue, optimized for prescribing throughput — but an admin can grant an individual prescriber a doctor-style Queue scoped to selected white labels, without converting the account to a full doctor.

| Prescriptions | Write, review, and sign prescriptions (hidden if your brand turns it off). |
| Labs | Place lab orders and view requisitions. |
| Programs | Care programs (shown when enabled). |
| Consultations | Scheduled or async consultations. |
| Education | Reference and education library (shown when enabled). |
| History | Your past decisions. |
| Store / Order History | Shown when your brand enables clinician self-purchase — buy from the store and track your own orders alongside patient prescriptions. |
| My Payments | Your earnings (the pay view of the reporting portal). |
| Profile / Settings | Your clinician profile and preferences. |
A typical flow
Signing prescriptions
The Prescriptions tab is your worklist. Open a case, confirm the intake supports treatment, and sign. See Prescriptions & Refills.
Ordering labs
Use Labs to place an order and pull the requisition. See Labs & Requisitions.
Consultations, programs, and education
When enabled for your brand, run Consultations, manage Programs, and use the Education library. See Consultations, Programs & Education.
Getting paid
My Payments shows your activity and pay, filtered to you. See Reporting & Payments.
:::tip Where's my Prescriptions tab? Some brands hide the Prescriptions tab for prescriber accounts. If you don't see it, your administrator has turned it off for your configuration. :::
