Working the pipeline
Open Prescription Pipeline to see prescriptions waiting to be filled. Move each one through preparation and shipping. The pipeline is the source of truth for what needs to happen next.
Managing deliveries
Deliveries tracks shipments after they leave: carrier scans, out for delivery, delivered, and any exceptions that need attention.
Getting paid
My Payments opens the pharmacy pay view of the reporting portal, filtered to your organization. See Reporting & Payments.
:::note Why no Users or Locations tab? Pharmacy roles intentionally don't manage platform users or the location catalog — those are admin surfaces. Pharmacy network is even leaner, scoped to pipeline and deliveries only. :::
