A typical journey

1. Book a visit

Tap New Booking and pick what you need help with. You'll fill out an intake questionnaire — answer everything honestly; your clinician uses it to decide what's safe and appropriate for you. See Appointments & Booking.

2. Verify your identity

For prescription care you'll be asked to verify your identity with a photo and an ID. This protects your account and is required before some treatments ship. See ID Verification.

3. Get reviewed and pay

A licensed clinician reviews your intake. If approved, you'll be prompted to pay. If more information is needed, they'll message you.

4. Track your order and keep in touch

Once your prescription is sent to the pharmacy, follow its progress from Appointments, and use Messages any time a question comes up. See Messaging.

Shopping the store

If your brand enables the Store, you can buy supplements and add-ons directly. Add items to your cart, check out, and track shipping alongside your other orders. See Store & Checkout.

Connecting wearables

When Wearables is enabled, you can link a supported device so your care team sees trends over time. See Wearables.

Managing your account

  • Profile — update your name, contact details, photo, and shipping address, and complete ID verification.
  • Settings — change your password, manage social logins and linked devices, set your language, and review privacy and terms. See Settings & Privacy.

:::tip Your brand may look different Many patients reach Stealth Health through a partner brand (a "white label"). The logo, colors, and emails you see match that brand, but the features work exactly as described here. :::
