Platform Guide

Stealth Health is a single telemedicine, prescribing, and fulfillment platform that many different people use for very different jobs. A patient books a visit and tracks an order; a doctor works a consult queue; a pharmacy ships medication; an operator runs reporting. Everyone signs into the same portal — the experience adapts to your role.

This guide explains how to use the platform from every angle: pick your account type to get a task-oriented walkthrough, or jump straight to a feature to learn it end to end.

:::tip One portal, many views After you sign in, the sidebar shows only the tools your role can use. If your menu looks different from a screenshot here, that is expected — features are role-gated, and some are toggled per brand (white label). :::

What each account type can do

The platform recognizes a single role per user. This matrix is the fast way to see who can reach which surface. "Scoped" means the data is filtered to a specific white-label brand.

*Prescription pipeline, deliveries, and locations now live with the pharmacy and pharmacy-network roles; admins reach them through reporting and operational tooling rather than a day-to-day sidebar tab.

Browse by feature

Every capability above is documented as a standalone feature you can read independently of role.

How a visit flows through the platform

Most activity on the platform hangs off an appointment. Here is the happy path that ties the roles together:

Read the Appointments & Booking feature for the full lifecycle, including every status the appointment passes through.

Conventions used in this guide

  • Role pages are task-oriented: "here is your sidebar, here is what each tab does, here is the typical day."
  • Feature pages are capability-oriented and cross-role: "here is how messaging works for everyone who touches it."
  • Where a feature is gated by a brand toggle or a role, we call it out with an admonition.

:::note Looking to integrate, not operate? If you are a partner building on top of the platform (APIs, webhooks, SSO, the questionnaire embed), start with the Partner Platform Overview and the integration-tier guides instead. This Platform Guide covers using the product itself. :::
