Store & Checkout

The Store is the supplement and add-on storefront patients shop directly, separate from prescription care.

:::note Availability The Store is gated per brand. If your white label doesn't enable it, the Store tab won't appear in the patient sidebar. :::

For patients

1. Browse the catalog from the Store tab.
2. Add to cart the products you want.
3. Checkout and pay.
4. Track the shipment alongside your other orders.

Store purchases follow the same delivery tracking as prescription orders, so everything you've ordered lives in one place.

For admins (catalog management)

The storefront catalog is managed in the reporting portal's Store surface: which products exist, whether they're active, their order, and their details. Changes there are what patients see in the storefront. See Reporting & Payments.
