ID Verification
Identity verification protects patient accounts and is required before some treatments can ship. Patients submit a photo and an ID; staff review and clear it.

The flow
For patients
From your Profile, submit a clear selfie and a photo of your ID when prompted. Once approved, your verified status unlocks the steps that require it.
For staff (the queue)
Reviewers open the ID Verification Queue, compare the selfie and ID, and approve or reject. White-label admins see only their brand's submissions; CS and admins see the full queue.
:::note A clinical gate, not just a formality Some treatments will not ship until the patient is verified. Clearing the queue promptly keeps patients moving. :::
