Appointments & Booking
Almost everything on the platform hangs off an appointment. This page explains the full lifecycle and which role acts at each step.
Who touches appointments
| Role | What they do |
|---|---|
| Patient | Starts a booking, completes intake, pays, tracks status. |
| Doctor / Prescriber | Reviews the case, signs or denies. |
| Pharmacy | Fills and ships the resulting order. |
| White-Label Admin / CS / Admin | Monitor and manage appointments (scoped where applicable). |
The lifecycle
- Submitted — the patient finishes intake; the case enters review.
- In review — a clinician opens the case.
- Doctor reviewed — the clinician signs a prescription (or denied with a reason).
- Awaiting fulfillment — payment clears and the order routes to the pharmacy.
- Shipped → delivered — the pharmacy ships and the carrier delivers.
Booking (patient)
The patient taps New Booking, chooses a treatment area, and completes an intake questionnaire. Intake answers are the clinical backbone of the case — clinicians read them before any decision.
:::tip Intake can also live on a partner's site Some brands collect intake through an embedded questionnaire on their own domain. From the patient's perspective the flow is the same; they land back in the portal to pay and track. :::
Review (clinician)
The clinician opens the case from their Queue (doctors) or Prescriptions worklist (prescribers), reads the intake and history, and decides. See Prescriptions & Refills and Labs & Requisitions.
Payment & fulfillment
After approval the patient pays, and the order routes to the pharmacy, which works it through the fulfillment pipeline.
Managing appointments (staff)
Staff use the Appointments surface to find and act on visits. Orders appear under their parent appointment row, so a single view shows the whole story of a case. White-label admins see only their brand's appointments; admins and CS see all.
