For Doctors
You see patients through a work queue, review their intake and history, and sign prescriptions or order labs. Your portal is built around moving cases forward quickly and safely.

A typical day
Working the queue
The Queue is your worklist. Open a case to see the patient's intake answers and relevant history in one place, then make a decision:
- Sign a prescription — see Prescriptions & Refills.
- Order labs — see Labs & Requisitions.
- Request more information — message the patient; the case waits for their reply.
- Deny — record a clinical reason; the patient is notified.
Messaging patients
Patients is your clinical inbox. Replies here become part of the patient's record. See Messaging.
Consultations, programs, and education
Depending on your brand's configuration you may also run Consultations, enroll patients in Programs, or reference the Education library. See Consultations, Programs & Education.
Getting paid
My Payments opens your slice of the reporting portal — your visit and pay history, filtered to you. See Reporting & Payments.
:::note Doctors vs. prescribers Doctors get the full clinical surface including the Queue and the Patients inbox. Prescribers focus on signing prescriptions and ordering labs without the queue — see For Prescribers. :::
